Join professional circus performers and trainers Jeff Turpin, Jenny Sader and Sara Isherwood for these monthly pop ups! Each two hour workshop starts with a warm-up and physical theatre games and exercises. This is followed by skills training in juggling, acrobalance, object manipulation, slack rope and more. Learn the history of Art Therapy and the theory behind the use of Art materials and Nature in the healing process. Sara will also guide you through experiential creative activities designed to relieve stress and anxiety, foster self-development and awareness, and facilitate relaxation and self-care.

This one day workshop is a hands on art experience designed for people of all abilities. Facilitated by Sara Isherwood, a qualified and experienced teacher, art therapist and artist. Activities include clay work, sand play, mandala-making and marbling among others. All techniques are engaging, enjoyable and client-directed, with the assistance of a support worker if required. Support workers encouraged to attend (discount available if participating in workshop). ALL MATERIALS SUPPLIED. BYO LUNCH & WATER BOTTLE.

Sara Isherwood facilitates this two day experiential retreat in the use of art as a tool for self-awareness, spiritual exploration, stress relief and health. There is no need to be an artist to participate. This workshop, held in Malanda, is about freedom, self-expression and open-heartedness. 

In a small group, you will discover new techniques for working with art materials in an atmosphere that recognises Spirit in all of us and the world of nature.

Activities include: sand play, clay work, ritual, body awareness, mandala and more.
