New Theatre in regional Queensland

Updated: Oct 24, 2021

Hi...! Welcome to my first blog. I'm a performer, writer, art facilitator and trainer living and working on the Atherton Tablelands in Far North Queensland. It's just coming into the dry season here, and the air is getting crispy and golden...

Here's what's in the pipe at the moment:

  1. New play being cast This is to be a professional production. Production planning starting by December 2021. Watch this space for more info.

  2. The inaugural Kairi Rainbow Fair. This is an exciting, collaborative event planned for 9 April 2022. It involves a full day of performances and workshops in theatre, circus, physical theatre, music, clown and giant puppets! Local and interstate artists are contributing and if successful, this will be an annual event. It has a focus on providing social benefits to children, young people and people with disabilities. More info coming in December 2021.

  3. Regular Improv classes in Atherton. Separate classes for adults, young adults, and children. Contact me for more info or check out the link here.

See you next time!

By the way: The photo accompanying this is a new character I'm working on. It's amazing what you can get online, costume-wise.
